Keep your account secure
Open your security settings
Click your photo in the top-right corner and choose Security. Admins can open the same page for anyone from People → Users.
Change your password
Click Change Password. Your password needs at least 8 characters, including an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a special character and a number.
Sign out everywhere else
Left Graysync open on another computer? Under Session Logout, click Log Out Other Sessions to sign out everywhere except the browser you’re using now.
Turn on two-factor authentication
Two-factor authentication sends a single-use code to your phone when you sign in, so a stolen password isn’t enough to get into your account.
- Click Setup two-step authentication phone to get codes by text message, or
- Click Setup authentication app to use an authenticator app.
