Manage leads in the Pipeline

What the Pipeline shows

Open Pipeline from the top menu to see Services Scopes, where you create and manage all your leads. The overview at the top shows:

  • Service Scopes Funnel – how many leads sit in each stage: Lead In, Scoping, Proposal Sent, Negotiation and Signed.
  • Open Opportunities – the total value of open leads against your goal.
  • Sales by Organisation and Sales Activities – where your sales are coming from.

Click Hide overview to make more room for your leads.
