Get quick answers from Gracie

What Gracie can do

Gracie is your AI assistant in Graysync. Ask it questions in plain English and it looks up the answer for you across projects, customers, scopes and announcements. It can’t create or change records yet.

Ask a question

  1. Click the Gracie icon in the top bar.
  2. Type your question, for example “What are my tasks?” or “Which invoices are overdue?”.
  3. Read the answer and ask a follow-up if you need more detail.

Tips for better answers

  • Name the project, customer or time period you mean.
  • Ask one thing at a time.
  • If the answer isn’t quite right, rephrase the question or add detail.
